Children under the age of 6 are NOT ALLLOWED in the spa area including the swimming pool.
Members children
Members children over 6 years old are allowed to use the swimming pool on a Sunday between 3 pm – 5 pm
Guests children
Guests children over 6 years old are allowed to use ONLY the swimming pool any day between 9 – 11 am & 3 pm – 5 pm
Thermal area
There is a minimum age requirement of 16 years to use the jacuzzi , sauna room and steam room.
All treatments booked are subject to medical status. We reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel it is not in the best interest of the guest. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge
