There are 2 membership options available (plus flexible membership and a one month trial membership). Membership fees are inclusive of VAT and are annual or 3 months from the joining date.
For those Members paying by monthly instalments, the first two months payment is due in advance upon joining. Members who elect to pay in this way will undertake to do so for the full year’s subscription.

Flexible Membership
Flexible membership is an excellent way to benefit from all that the SPA here at Tre-Ysgawen Hall has to offer and is aimed for those who do not permanently reside in the area, but visit on a regular basis and would like to join North Wales Premier Hotel Spa without the commitment of a full Platinum or Gold membership. Its flexibility means you may visit whenever you wish with unrestricted access to our top facilities without the need to book!

The Spa member is entitled to discounts in Beauty, Clock Tower, Restaurant and Accommodation, 10% is for the spa member not the group.
All members except those on ‘Flexible’ and ‘Trial’ membership received 5 complimentary guest passes per Member per year (usual Guest Fee £10.00 per guest per visit – you may bring up to 5 guests per Member).
All members except those on ‘Flexible and ‘Trial’ receive a complimentary half hour treatment voucher.
Gold members will receive 4 Weekend Visit Passes (per person) for personal use on any weekend day over the membership term.
A 10% discount off beauty treatments for Platinum Members and 5% for Gold Members.
Members have access to Club social events throughout the year and the option to suspend membership (See Rules).
Members may also bring children (2 child per Member) free of charge in permitted hours.
Access For Children
Platinum Members children (or grandchildren) between the ages of 6 and 16 years may use the swimming pool between 3.00-5.00pm on a Sunday afternoon whilst children of Hotel residents (6-16yrs) may use the pool daily between 9.00-11.00am and 3.00-5.00pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and signed in at Spa Reception on each visit.
Please note children are not permitted to use the gymnasium, sauna or the spa bath and the swimming pool is unsupervised.
